I have started my studies the previous summer and unfortunately my current rental contract ends soon, so I have to find a new place to live in. I am 19 years old, I do not smoke, I do not drink alcohol and I do not have pets. I am a responsible and tidy person that can keep any place clean and accurate. I am looking for a rent period for at least one year with registration but the perfect option would be to sign a contract that will end with my studies in 2027. I can enclose the bank statement that shows the savings for my comfortable living in the Netherlands and that proves that I can pay my rent punctually. Also, I have a guarantor, whose stable income of 6000 euros per month will help to provide for me and my rental expenses.
