Te huur moderne gemeubileerde 1 persoons studio, op 15 minuten van Centraal Station Amsterdam, in Monnickendam. Nieuw verbouwt 2017. Veel privacy en zicht over de velden.

De studio (ong 35m2) beschikt over een kitchenette, eetkamer, slaapkamer met nieuw twee persoon bed en logeerbed. Eigen douche en toilet: Klein opberg zoldertje; De studio is leent zich permanente bewoning van een persoon. Gezien de vrije ligging ideaal voor een conservatorium student.

De studio heeft uit alle ramen een prachtig uitzicht over de velden.
Drie minute lopen van de bushalte, Openbaar vervoer gaat iedere 10 minuten naar centraal station, reistijd 15 minuten/5 stop 's naar centraal station. 5 minuten lopen naar de winkels en veel lokale kroegen/restaurants (Monnickendam is een toeristen watersportstad). Monnickendam is natuurlijk aangesloten op het nachtnetwerk van het openbaar vervoer.
De kosten zijn € 800 per maand, (inclusief water, elektra en verwarming)
De studio wordt iedere 2 weken schoon gemaakt, De kosten zijn apart 25 euro per uur mits noodzakelijk.
Niet roken, geen huisdieren.

Geachte ge-interesseerde er is veel privacy op het erf, maar u bent wel onze potentiele buurvrouw/man. Gezien het aantal te verwachten reacties hebben wij de luxe om te mogen wie hier naast ons komt wonen. Daarom verzoeken wij u om enkele vragen in uw mail te beantwoorden:

For one person. Surface about 35m2 furnished and and newly renovated in 2017, Lots of privacy, view over the Dutch meadows.
The apartment has a private entrance. It is a one person studio.
The living room has a open kitchen and a beautiful view over the last original Dutch fields, usually with cows. It has its own southeast terrace, out of the prevailed wind. The studio has a bedroom with a twin bed and guest bed. There is a kitchenette with equipment; everything is on the ground floor.
Own shower and toilet, the place is central heated and double glassed. There is a little attic. Internet & TV on request. It has its own terrace, garden, and free parking.
Every two weeks the studio is cleaned. (Costs not included). No smoking, no animals.
3 Min walk to the bus stop, shops, pub and old medieval town of Monnickendam. 15 Min by bus to Down Town Amsterdam and the Central Station,
10 min by bus Amsterdam Noord, Buikslotermeerplein, the big Amsterdam shoppingmall.
The place is connected to "night" public transport, 35 minutes by car and 45 minutes by public transport to the Schiphol Airport.
Our neighbours are 300 cows and 26 different sorts of birds. The place is 250 meters outside the old medieval town of Monnickendam at the edge of the Dutch meadows. It is close to Amsterdam with all the exciting stuff of this town close by: the universities, cinemas, pubs and theatres, (even closer than most of the Amsterdam suburbs,) butwith the landscape, lakes and skies from the old Dutch masters. So if you like sleeping without the noise of a tram or trafic but next to Amsterdam this is your place to live and study in Holland. If you want city noise and smells 24-7, then this is not the place for you. Its a perfect place for a conservatory student.
Cost € 800 pro month, (inclusive service cost, exclusive cleaning)
